Attractive, tidy hotel with spotless rooms and super friendly staff. Marvellous, favourable location in the absolutely gorgeous area. Only 15 minutes walk from Jacksonville center. Nice building and rooms with a tub. A kind of outstanding service. Late check out.

By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Jacksonville, had much fun. The room was well-maintained and spotless with a tub and a balcony, as for instance. The service was outstanding and the pool was heated. The location was good, at a short distance from an awesomely named museum. Delicious dishes in a nice restaurant.

The room I got was cozy and good sized with a balcony and a tub, as for instance. A lot of food for breakfast, it was outstanding!

Booked the room with my father for 3 nights and had a good stay. The staff were fabulously helpful all of the time. The room was new-fashioned and spotless, I had a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location was decent and the private parking was on-site. Food was outstanding every morning.

Well furnished room, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the room. Satisfactory breakfast on the water and with outstanding food available. Absolutely perfect and nice location, 15 mins walk to city center.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - at a medium distance from an awesomely named museum. The room was well furnished and good sized with a tub, with essentials required. The bonus was nice room decor and nice bar.

It was a decent location for us, not far from nearby restaurants as well as downtown events. Furthermore, to everything in Jacksonville.

Appealing and spotlessly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is fine. The location is nice and decent and they have parking on-site. And it's based in a very nice area near San Marco, which includes many great independent restaurants and boutique shops, local restaurants, and football stadium. Satisfactory breakfast on the water, thanks a lot.

The hotel was neat and appealing with complimentary wi-fi. Enjoyed the queen room I was given. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, thanks to them everything was great. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. Moreover, I parked onsite.

The room was nicely furnished and new-fashioned and very well kept the beds were super comfortable. The bed was big and the bathroom was large. The hotel's position was unbeatable, close to everything.

The hotel had indeed a nice and decent location on top of a train station. Visited Hurricane Grill & Wings for a few drinks, it was not too far from the venue, recommend.

Appealing neighboring hotel, worth its 3 stars. Good and unbeatable location, on the newer developed southbank. And really close to the festival.

The service is outstanding, includes paid parking. The building is extremely clean and the rooms are nicely furnished with a balcony and a tub, for example. The breakfast is good with a lot of things to eat and drink.

Good and absolutely perfect setting, I did not want to leave.

All the staff was extremely helpful and very helpful, resolved my issues. The breakfast was satisfactory and had a wide array of options.
